Smart Parking Technologies installed the ANPR car park management system in our shared courtyard, which serves four different developments. The system has greatly improved the experience for both residents and visitors. With number plate recognition, delivery vans enjoy automatic access, while residents and visitors benefit from a seamless parking experience. SPT’s system runs smoothly without requiring any hands-on management from our side, making the whole experience hassle-free for us. From installation to daily use, the transition has been seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We’re very pleased with the new ANPR car park management system at City Square Shopping Centre Car Park. It has made a noticeable difference in improving the overall parking experience for both customers and staff. The entry and exit process is much quicker and more efficient, and the ticketless functionality has been a real time-saver.

The use of the mobile app to purchase visits has been particularly well received by our customers, making it even easier for them to manage their parking. We’ve also seen a marked improvement in access speed, which has made a huge difference during peak times. We are very happy with the results.

Since the update of The Plaza car park with a cashless and ticketless entry and exit system, we must say, it is a seamless experience overall & our clients love it too. It offers convenience: The entry and exit process was incredibly smooth. License plate recognition allowed my car to be identified automatically, eliminating the need for tickets. 

Cashless Payment: Payment was linked directly to my registered account or through a contactless payment app, saving time and the hassle of carrying cash or cards.

It’s time-Saving: The system removed the need to queue for payment machines. I was able to drive out without any delays & it’s environmentally friendly: The absence of paper tickets is a plus for sustainability efforts.
